Processing Times

Our estimated processing time is on average around 1 to 3 days, but may take up to  5 days which is separated from our estimated shipping times.

 

Shipping Times

We try our best to ship our products using the fast and most reliable methods to keep our customers happy.

Our shipping times are on average vary between 5 to 8 days, but may take up to 15 days. That said, our products may take longer to arrive to your location depending on things outside of our control, like weather conditons or custom procedures.

 

Delivery:

We work with suppliers from all over the world to offer you with the best products and we ship our products world wide. Depending on the product, it may either come directly from one of our suppliers (which could be a wholesaler or a factory) or from a warehouse.

That said, our biggest logistic partnerts (like warehouses and courriers) are located inside the US, Canada, UK, Australia and the European Union, making it easier and faster for us to ship our products to those locations. And while we do ship our products globally, depending on the country, specially among those outside of the previously mentioned, due to logistic challenges outside of our control (weather conditions, logistic chain difficulties, custom procedures or the infraestructure challenges) shipping times may take longer than expected.
